Uploading video on blogspot

I am trying to upload a video on my other blog: Leisure time from youtube but its getting error. Actually i don't really know how to used it lol. Can anyone patiently teach me? Hmmm I know a virtual friend who always give a helping hand to help me and that is CHANT07. although we don't chat as always because she got a job now but when we do she always gives a helping hand.
